I AM LOVE

Never ending emptiness inside you?

The feeling of a part of you that needs to be filled up. Ever got that?

I did. I would get up in the morning, have a coffee outside then run to catch the train to be on time wherever I needed to be that day...

...that is my exhausting life. It’s saddening to know that it’s the reality of being human.

The reality of my own life. My own monotonous lifestyle CRAWLED INSIDE ME EVERY SINGLE DAY.

And I must say, I MESSED UP. I messed up at work.

I messed up with family matters.

I even messed up with my relationships; which in the end hit me so hard to the extent that I DIDN'T WANT ANYONE ANYMORE, not even myself...

...NOT EVEN GOD. Then I cried. I weeped. I never felt that emptiness inside me in my existence.

I didn’t feel secure anymore.

I lost control of my own life.

Depression is just around the corner waiting for me.

Then I asked myself. WHY? Happiness, SELF LOVE, contentment... those were the only words that I picked up inside my head.

Those were the words that slapped me in the face.

Words that I lost along the way.

I forgot to love myself because I was too busy loving others.

I forgot my happiness because I gave it all out.

I forgot my own contentment because I was busy filling someone else’s. I thought my life shouldn’t be like that.

Life should give me the best in this universe, right? Life is full of emotions and energies that will pull you up and down.

It's ONLY a choice.

Your choice. And then I came to the point where it was ENOUGH.

It was time to get up.

Time for change.. time to find ME. Finding myself is accepting the best gift for every human being: LOVE.

Love has its own mysterious meaning but after the pit of emptiness, I found my own way out.

I found my own meaning of the word.

LOVE IS HAPPINES.

LOVE IS CONTENTMENT.

LOVE IS ENOUGH.

LOVE IS ME... how about you, WHAT’s your definition of LOVE?
